Benjamín Labatut
Born in Rotterdam, Netherlands, in 1980, he grew up in various cities around the world (The Hague, Buenos Aires, Lima); at the age of 14, he settled in Santiago, Chile. He studied journalism at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. His books include: “After the Light,” “A Terrible Greenness,” “The Stone of Madness,” and “MANIAC.” He gained international acclaim for “A Terrible Greenness” (Anagrama, 2020), in which he blends fiction with a realistic style and explores the lives of prominent scientific figures such as Fritz Haber, Alexander Grothendieck, Werner Heisenberg, and Erwin Schrödinger. He was awarded the Galileo Prize and the Santiago Municipal Prize, and was a finalist for the International Booker Prize and the National Book Award for Translated Literature.

Narrador y ensayista. Ha publicado las novelas Las mutaciones, traducida a una docena de lenguas, y Este vacío que hierve, así como los libros de ensayo Yonquis de las letras, El biólogo de la Revolución y Materia viva. Sus cuentos, crónicas y ensayos han aparecido en revistas como Cuadernos hispanoamericanos, nexos, Este país, The Literary Review y The Paris Review. Ha sido coordinador del diplomado de Narrativa de no ficción de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, becario de la Fundación para las Letras Mexicanas y del Fondo Nacional para la Cultura y las Artes, así como residente en la Fundación Jan Michalski y en Art Omi. Actualmente es director de la Revista de la Universidad de México.

Pablo Pruneda
He is a lawyer and professor at the Faculty of Law of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). Since 2020, he has served as Co-Coordinator of the Law and Artificial Intelligence Research Program at UNAM's Institute for Legal Research, where he has led research on the legal implications and challenges arising from the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI). In 2022, he earned a master's degree in Industry 4.0 and Process Automation from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (BarcelonaTech). He has also been awarded the Francisco M. Vázquez Distinguished Chair and the Gabino Fraga Special Chair, both prestigious academic appointments conferred by the Technical Council of UNAM's Faculty of Law.

Juan Ayala
Artistic producer, screenwriter, and entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience in artistic and cultural production and creation, specifically in music and film. He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Philosophy, Filmmaking, Cultural Management, Artistic Production, and Senior Business Management in Mexico, the United States, Spain, and France. He was the co-founder and Executive Director of Instrumenta, a leading institution in music education and production in Mexico, nationally, and internationally. He is the founder of Protovecka, a production company focused on generating interdisciplinary artistic content in fields such as music, visual arts, film, and aesthetic thought. He is currently the Technical Secretary of Planning and Programming for the Coordination of Cultural Diffusion at UNAM, where he carries out artistic planning and programming at the national and international level.
José Gordon
José Gordon
Prominent essayist, narrator, journalist, and science and literature communicator. His career includes roles as host of cultural programs such as 9:30, Luz Verde, and La oveja Eléctrica on Channel 22. He also served as editor-in-chief of the supplement La Cultura en México for Siempre! magazine and collaborated with media outlets such as La Jornada and Reforma. In recognition of his journalistic work, he was awarded the National Journalism Award in 1994. Throughout his career, Gordon has stood out for his ability to disseminate knowledge about science and literature, combining his passion for both fields in his journalistic and educational work. His contributions to the cultural and journalistic fields have been widely recognized nationally.

From 2013 to 2022, he wrote the music criticism column for Confabulario, the cultural supplement of El Universal. He founded and edited the classical music magazine L'Orfeo. He hosted the program L'Orfeo Radio on the radio station Código DF. He currently hosts the program En Fa on Radio UNAM. He is a clarinetist and graduated from the Faculty of Music, UNAM.
