Archivos de Radio Piedras
Nicolas Jaar, presenta el trabajo más extenso de su carrera hasta la fecha. La obra Radio Piedras, se exhibirá de forma integral por primera vez a nivel mundial en el Espacio de Experimentación Sonora, del MUAC. Se trata de una pieza experimental que entremezcla las estrategias del radioarte y la música concreta para narrar un escenario distópico donde la infraestructura global de telecomunicaciones ha colapsado y es capturada por los fantasmas de la historia.

Nicolás Jaar
Chilean composer, producer, pedagogue and writer. He has released a dozen albums between his personal project, the alias AgainstAllLogic, and the band Darkside, among which stand out SpaceisOnlyNoise (2011), Sirens (2016) and Cenizas (2020). In recent years he has mainly dedicated himself to teaching, giving sound editing courses and listening workshops for emerging and beginner musicians in institutions and events such as the Museo de la Memoria (Santiago de Chile), WAV (Attapadi India), Festival 4x4 (Chiapas, Mexico) and Dar Jacir and Alrowwad (Bethlehem, Palestine). This year he published his first book of stories entitled Isole.

Guillermo García
Academic and sound curator at the Museo Universitario Arte Contemporáneo (MUAC). He published the book Bosque de cantares (Woodland of Songs) (2023), published by Gato Negro. Together with Alberto Ortega, in 2023 he founded the Gran Pie Podrido project, a platform that conducts research focused on the Mezquital Valley through texts, lectures, and artistic and audiovisual pieces, interweaving knowledge of history, anthropology, and philosophy.
